Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unused and in its original condition/packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@plushcuff.com with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
